RETURN POLICY

We only offer exchange OR store credit.

  • Replacement: Products are eligible for a replacement if you received the wrong products.
  • Store Credit: Products are eligible for a store credit if you decide you don’t want the item(s) within 7 days of delivery date. Returned products must be unopened, with seal still attached. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED AND WORN. Once your items are received, we will credit your store account, using the original email address you used to place your order. PLEASE NOTE ALL EARRINGS ARE FINAL SALE.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We highly recommend that you add a tracking service.

All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, used, or damaged.

Multiple return requests for the same products are subject to review by AES Beauty. We reserve the right to deny store credit on products purchased and returned more than once.

Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a store credit and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Items Not Eligible for Return: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Non-Returnable Items:  Clearance / Sales items,
Earrings, Curated Bundle Boxes, Beauty Products and Gift cards purchases are nonreturnable.

Sale items, custom items, personalized and engraved items are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. All international orders are final sale. Earrings are final sale.

Who doesn’t love a good sale?! We always try to offer the best discounted price on our sale items and because of this, all sale items are final sale. Please make sure to read all product details on sale items before purchasing.

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged.

We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections.
